Rachael See is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider (CIMHP). Rachael primarily counsels adults and couples, utilizing an interactive feminist approach to empower her clients to embrace their autonomy.

Rachael believes in treating the whole individual.  Her integrative approach  addresses the mind, body and spirit of her clients to promote long-term health and wellness that is self-sustainable.

Rachael is trained in psychodynamic theory and provides interventions focused on a collective approach, which includes DBT, CBT, narrative, self-reflective, interactive feedback, exploration of emotions and relationship patterns, coping skills, mindfulness, effective communication, and nutrition.

Rachael enjoys working with diverse populations and is a supporter of the LGBTQ+ community, and she regularly engages in multicultural awareness workshops.

In her free time, she enjoys watching documentaries, engaging in community events, and spending time with family and friends.
