Erin Moon-Walker is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual therapy for adults (18+). She is interested in helping people like themselves more, figure out relationships, and savor the good stuff about living.

Erin has experience in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as providing parent training and advocating for students with disabilities.

Erin knows life gets tough and believes everyone is doing the best they can. She is a professional who prides herself on being an honest and real person, which helps clients feel they can be honest and real with her, as well. Erin wants her clients to feel heard and respected, so she appreciates both positive and negative feedback and strives to help clients feel comfortable.

In addition to using components of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Erin uses polyvagal theory, which focuses on how our nervous systems and sense of safety influence our relationships and the decisions we make, especially when it comes to processing previous traumatic experiences.

Erin is married with two children, and likes to spend her free time talking and walking through the woods with her friends, learning about the brain, laughing and cracking jokes, snuggling her family, and enjoying all things Grateful Dead.
