Dr. Courtney Benefiel is a licensed clinical psychologist who provides assessment and therapy services to adults. Her training has provided her with opportunities to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and has fostered her interest in working with underserved populations. Her clinical interests include relationship concerns, trauma, attachment, depression, and anxiety.

It meets clients where they are and can be tailored to fit their specific needs. Dr. Benefiel values establishing longer-term working relationships and creating a safe and comfortable therapeutic atmosphere.

In her free time, Courtney enjoys reading, traveling, doing puzzles, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her dog, Blanche.
