H. Mei Ng, PhD, HSPP (she/her)

H. Mei Ng is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Health Psychology background, who works with adults (18+). She has worked in university, healthcare, and community mental health settings.

Her practice utilizes an integrative (i.e., CBT, interpersonal, mindfulness, and humanistic) approach through a multicultural lens. She enjoys working with adults with diverse backgrounds, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, economic status, nationality, and cultural values. Specific areas of interest include insomnia (treatment modality is CBT-i), anxiety, mood, stress, life transitions, and chronic medical management. She also works with a limited number of clients presenting with OCD (treatment modality is ERP, primarily, followed by CBTs).

Mei encourages active collaboration tailored to your therapeutic needs and goals. As part of an integrative approach to therapy, Mei will work with you to cultivate your strengths, learn about the influence of your experiences, values and beliefs to build on meaningful engagement, and help you work toward your therapeutic goals and improve your well-being.

In her personal life, Mei enjoys spending time with family and friends, tending to her vegetable garden while experimenting with companion planting, learning about random interests as it presents itself, and music.

Mei is in network with Anthem BCBS, Purdue UHCSR, and Aetna insurances.
